You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any charges. For cancellations after 24 hours but before the product has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value may apply.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@vedantcctv.com or call us at +1-800-NEXIFIVE. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@vedantcctv.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vedantcctv.com and send your item to the address provided.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, digital products, and gift cards. Please ask about our return policy if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.
